Return Policy

Merchandise Returns

We accept returns on merchandise within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Coffee and other perishable items cannot be returned. This policy aligns with industry standards, as these are considered food products.

Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us immediately, and we’ll work to make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
